What's inside

Four free, open source plugins turn Claude Code into the back office of an agency. One finds the leads, one gives you a team of AI specialists, one runs your LinkedIn drafts and one handles your SEO research. Install them one at a time, test each on a real task, then move to the next.

  1. Google Maps Scraper Kit: find every local lead

Tell Claude a city and a type of business and it scrapes Google Maps into a clean list with name, phone, website and email. It runs locally with Docker, so no Google Maps API key and no paid credits. It ships with a Claude Code skill that knows the right settings and rate limits.

  2. Agency Agents: 200+ AI specialists

A library of more than two hundred ready-made AI specialists, each with a role, a process and rules. A sales outreach agent writes cold emails, marketers plan campaigns, engineers build the work. Over 164,000 stars on GitHub (27 October 2026).

  3. LinkedIn Skills: 12 skills in your voice

Twelve open source skills that draft LinkedIn posts, comments and replies in your voice, strip the AI tells and wait for your approval before anything goes out. MIT licence.

  4. OpenSEO: open source SEO toolkit

An open source alternative to Semrush and Ahrefs with an MCP server, so Claude can work with your SEO data directly. Self-host it with Docker or on Cloudflare. The software is free; the search data comes from a DataForSEO API key, which is a paid data service.

Step by step

  1. Start with leads. Install the scraper first and build one list for one suburb and one business type.
  2. Add one specialist. From Agency Agents, install only the sales outreach agent and use it on that list.
  3. Then LinkedIn and SEO. Add the LinkedIn skills for your own visibility and OpenSEO for your website.
  4. Review before anything goes out. AI drafts, a human sends. Every email and post gets read first.
