Lead Generation for Mortgage and Finance Brokers
Ads Daddy builds and runs a lead machine for your brokerage: Meta and Google campaigns, a qualifying funnel and fast follow-up in your own CRM. You own every account. We do the work on a monthly retainer.
Why brokers come to us
Referrals are lumpy, bought leads are often shared with several brokers at once, and there is no time to learn Meta, Google, tracking and automations on top of writing loans.
How it works
Free strategy call. Build in your own accounts. Speed-to-lead and nurture for every enquiry. Weekly plain-English reporting. The build runs for a defined 90 days; after that you keep Ads Daddy running the machine or take it in-house with full handover.
Built for a regulated industry
No interest rates, comparison rates or savings in ads, no promises about approvals or outcomes, and you approve the messaging before anything goes live.
Who it is for
Established brokerages with a sales process, reviews and capacity for more clients. Brokers who prefer pay per lead are served by our partner OptiCheck.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from buying leads?
Bought leads are usually shared with other brokers and come from someone else's ads. Ads Daddy builds the lead machine for your brokerage: campaigns that carry your name, a funnel that qualifies enquiries, and follow-up that runs in your own CRM. The ad accounts, the funnel and the data all belong to you.
Do you sell pay-per-lead?
No. Ads Daddy works on a monthly retainer. If you prefer to buy finance enquiries on a pay-per-lead basis, our partner OptiCheck (opticheck.au) offers that model for Australian brokers.
What happens after the 90-day build?
You choose. You can keep Ads Daddy running and improving the machine each month. If you would rather run it in-house, we hand over the campaigns, funnel and automations with documentation so your team can self-manage.
Is the advertising compliant?
We write every ad and page for a regulated industry. We do not advertise interest rates, comparison rates or savings, and we make no promises about approvals or outcomes. You review and approve the messaging before anything goes live, and your licensing details appear where they are required.
Who pays for the ad spend?
You pay Meta and Google directly through ad accounts in your brokerage's name. The retainer covers the work Ads Daddy does. Fees and terms are explained openly on the free call.
Which brokerages is this right for?
Established mortgage and finance brokerages with a sales process, someone who can call enquiries back quickly, and room in the diary for more conversations. If you are brand new and still setting up, we will tell you honestly on the call.
