Variable Outcomes

The Buyer accepts that their individual results may differ materially from those of other clients or sample cases.
Leads and Conversion Responsibility
While Ads and Ventures Pty Ltd takes reasonable steps to qualify, verify, and filter leads, it does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, creditworthiness, eligibility, or intent of any lead provided. The Buyer is solely responsible for following up with leads, managing communications, and converting leads to paying customers.
Acknowledgement of Risk
By engaging the services of Ads and Ventures Pty Ltd, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts that:
(a) All marketing activities involve commercial risk;
(b) Results are not assured or predictable;
(c) No refunds are issued on the basis of underperformance or non-conversion of leads;
(d) The Supplier shall not be held liable for any business losses, costs, or damages arising from use or misuse of the leads provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable laws, the liability of Ads and Ventures Pty Ltd for any claim, loss, damage or expense shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific service or campaign to which the claim relates.
